These make the site work — keeping you signed in to the client portal, remembering your session and protecting against misuse. They can't be switched off through the site because the site doesn't function without them.
We use analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, referrer, campaign attribution such as UTM parameters) so we can improve it. Analytics data is used in aggregate and is not used to make decisions about your loan.
Where marketing or advertising pixels are configured, they help us measure campaigns. Marketing emails may include open and click tracking only where the sender has enabled it, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link — opting out stops marketing but not essential service messages about your application.
