Why we collect it

• To provide credit assistance, compare lenders and prepare applications
• To run the client portal, collect documents and keep you updated
• To meet legal, compliance and record-keeping obligations
• To send marketing only with your consent — you can unsubscribe at any time

If you don't provide it

You don't have to provide the information we ask for, but without it we may not be able to respond to your enquiry, assess your situation or provide credit assistance.

Who we usually disclose it to

Brokers and credit representatives, lenders, aggregators, referral partners where relevant, and service providers (identity verification, document/cloud storage, email/SMS delivery) — plus regulators and dispute schemes where the law requires. Some providers may process limited data outside Australia (commonly the United States); we take reasonable steps to ensure APP-consistent handling.
