What mentors ask us

Who can refer a broker?+

Mentors, mentor groups, aggregators, franchise groups and established brokers helping someone enter the industry. If you're guiding a new broker in any capacity, you can refer them — we review each referral individually.

Does the mentor pay anything?+

No. There's no cost to the mentor or referrer — this is our contribution to the broker's first year, not a paid placement.

What does the broker receive?+

Twelve months of full Broker OS access with the subscription on us: CRM, client portal, fact-find and document collection, compliance workflow, proposals and e-sign, serviceability workspace, website and growth tools.

What happens after 12 months?+

The broker moves onto a standard paid plan at the then-current pricing. We remind them well before the period ends, there's no lock-in, and their data is always exportable.

Can the broker use their own branding?+

Yes — Broker OS is white-label. The workspace, website, portal and communications all carry the broker's brand.

Can this work for groups or aggregators?+

Yes. If you onboard multiple new brokers a year, talk to us about our partner program — we can set up a standing arrangement with multi-workspace tooling. See the partner program page or mention it in the form.
